By downloading, installing, or using the Currency App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App provides informational content only and should not be considered as financial advice. Users should consult with qualified financial professionals before making any financial decisions based on the information provided.

4.3 Rate Limitations

Exchange rates displayed in the App may be subject to delays and may not reflect real-time market conditions. Actual exchange rates offered by financial institutions may differ from those displayed in the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the App developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

• RevenueCat: For subscription and in-app purchase management
• Expo Services: For app updates, notifications, and development tools
• Currency Data Providers: For real-time exchange rate information

8.2 Subscription Services and In-App Purchases

Our App offers optional premium features through subscription services managed by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat:

8.2.1 Subscription Terms

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

8.2.2 Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. You can cancel during the trial period through your device settings.

9. Updates and Modifications

9.1 App Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. You are encouraged to install these updates promptly.

9.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

10.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Any data stored locally on your device may be retained according to your device settings, but we are not obligated to maintain any data on our servers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
